Roger and Jane Moss offer a warm welcome to Pine Hill, which is set in a lovely ¾ acre garden, at the foot of the North Downs, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We are equi distant (8 miles) from the beautiful Cathedral City of Canterbury, Ashford and Folkestone. Dover is 15 minutes and the Channel Tunnel only 8 minutes.

Our bedrooms (one on the ground floor) are comfortable and well furnished and have ensuite facilities. The ground floor bedroom has a bath with shower over, the upstairs bedroom has a shower room. The rooms are all equipped with colour televisions, fridges (with bottled water), tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryers. There is ample car parking. We offer a hearty traditional english breakfast with delicious homemade bread served between 7 am - 9 am (included in the price) - Prior notice for special diets please.

We have a lively local pub with very good food, (we are happy to make table reservations when taking a booking), max. 10 minute walk from the house.
